GALLERY RESTORATION
This was a tight schedule project as the new property owner only had a few months to handle a list of deferred maintenance items, as well as complete the partial coutryard before the season began. Extensive work was completed to bring the electrical up to code; the roof was repaired and recoated; in several areas dry wood termites had caused damage to existing columns and ledgers. Temporary supports were used to swap out the damaged wood with new wood, thereby lifting the main roof back to it's intended position. Creative sourcing was required to replace the unique Mexico crafted roof tiles and courtyard pavers with matching elements.

COMMERCIAL MECHANICAL YARD SECURITY
This client has a nationally recognized, award winning metal building. When the owner decided he wanted better security for his mechanical yard, it was critical to maintain the unique aesthetic of the property. Special perforated aluminum metal roof panels were sourced to provide a rigid roof, that still allowed airflow for the condensers. The walls were produced with the same hand-bent rusted pickets as the main site property fencing. The structural supports were spaced to allow the beautiful, and somewhat rare, Blue Palo Verde to thrive.
Open yard accessible from parking.
Yard enclosed with wide swing gates for maintenance.
Street view of low profile cover.
Blue Palo Verde preserved with room for growth.
COMMERCIAL TENANT IMPROVEMENT
This existing facility was a mixture of conventional construction and metal buildings. The landlord requested rapid-pace site wide refresh for the incoming tenants. Work included upgrading insulation; new flooring; concrete grind and seal; roof maintenance and deletion of multiple unused items; interior paint; deleting skylights on the metal building; interior metal building repairs; exterior brick sealants and repairs to the fire system.

COMMERCIAL STOREFRONT INFILL
This fabrication facility needed to remove the existing storefront during an extensive remodel. The storefront windows and canopy were removed. Care was taken each day to securely block the opening before leaving the site each day. Metal panels that match the adjacent buildings were used for the infill. During the work, roof trims were identified that required correction and re-sealing.
