What type of feasibility budgets do you provide?

Feasibility budgets are almost entirely for commercial projects, and are typically hybrid metal buildings. For a small fee we can help create a generalized scope, outline some pre-design assumptions for the subcontractors to use to get starter numbers, some basic site work and elevations, procure a site survey to check for underlying easements or other restrictions on the property that will prevent your project from getting permitted, and provide budgetary costs. You may even take this work product and request your own budgets from other contractors.

How fast can I get a metal building?

If your project is a good canidate for a cold-formed metal building, we can typically provide stamped drawings and calculations, including foundation design, in a few days. A steel package can be delivered in weeks.

This is possible for both residential and commercial projects.

Do you do commercial or residential work?

We tackle both, because we handle a small portfolio of projects at any given time, so that we can provide our full attention. Commercial projects are focused primarily on packaged delivery of a complete metal building scope that includes doors, windows, insulation, paint, foundation design, fabrication, shipping and installation. We work directly with owners, and if requested, cooperate with other specialized General Contractors to deliver a best value package.

What type of Commercial Improvements do you handle?

As a general rule, Commercial Improvement work is handled only for existing or prior clients. We can assist with turn over for show, fresh paint, minor repairs, and also major renovations including wall removal, ceiling replacement, electrical re-routes, HVAC upgrades, skylights, bathroom accessory upgrades, metal building repairs and metal building modifications. 

Do you handle metal buildings?

Yes. We assist from simply providing the metal building, all the way through a complete package from permits to completion. It really depends on how much assistance you require. 

On commercial projects, we often partner with a General Contractor to provide the best combination of expertise and whole project management.

We can pull together all the pieces and individual suppliers and subcontractors for homeowner and General Contractor clients alike. We solicit quotes from multiple vendors and utilize decades of experience to compare scopes and qualify bids. 

Our package can be just the metal building steel and panels, or an entire coordination service to include the doors and windows, the overhead doors, an insulation package, cranes, roof curbs, wall louvers, earthwork, foundation design and concrete, and the installation of the building. We will handle this entire coordination package so you don't have to wonder if it will all work correctly. What type of residential projects do you accept?

As the acting General Contractor, most residential projects involve remodels or small additions. For example, bathroom remodels, toy barns, garages or studios.  As an acting owner's representative, we can supervise ground up construction, large scale remodels, or a portion of the project. We may also assist with navigating the permit process and inspection process, submitting for revisions, as well as obtaining Design Development Option (Planning and Zoning) exceptions.

What about barndominiums?

Yes, we work with several fabricators and installers to help put together a steel barndominium for your next project in Southern Arizona. Our typical package will include the design, plans, foundation, fabrication, shipping, installation.
