North of Orion works on both residential and commercial cold formed buildings projects. At certain sizes, typically under a 50' width and 25' eave height, the Cold Formed Metal Building is often the fastest, most afforadable choice in the metal building market. They are a powerhouse solution that solves mutliple challenges in one product:

For most commercial metal building projects, North of Orion perfers to work with a skilled General Contractor in order to deliver a project as quickly as possible. On some simple, small commercial projects, we will work direct if the scope of work makes sense.

On residential projects, we can assist with everything from a supply only metal building, to a complete turn-key project including permits, engineering and all finishes. Do you have certain skills of your own? In many cases, we are happy to even leave a few scope items within the property owner's capable hands.
