North of Orion approaches construction activities in our beautiful Sonoran landscape as a boutique operation, often tackling projects that require minimal disturbance to the surrounding desert landscape.

North of Orion maintains a curated workload that allows for focused, hands-on attention, regardless of the project size or type.

We work as a Team Player in several capacities to help Owners, General Contractors or Architects, achieve On-Time, On-Budget & Quality Outcomes.

Feasibility Budgets

Considering a new commercial development, and need construction budgets? Requesting quotes before you have a full set of plans is time consuming . We have the connections to help build construction budgets with reasonable assumptions, so you may make better informed decisions. Services are also available for single-family residential projects.

Owner Representation

Already have your team, but can't be onsite regularly? We are happy to be your representative. We will work with your chosen team to pursue a productive, safe and quality final project. We also provide onsite supervision for your new home or remodel, so you don't have to be there.
Consultants are available as temporary Project Managers for Contractors in Southwest Arizona.

Remodels, TIs & Repairs

Whether it is a small residential remodel, or an improvement to commercial space for yourself or a tenant, we can help. From basic touch-ups of paint and hardware, to deferred maintenance and swapping out structural beams and support, to metal building repairs, to new kitchens and bathrooms, we work with the skilled craftsman necessary to get it done.

Metal Building Supply or Coordination

Are you interested in a metal building or cold-formed steel, but don't know where to start? We have established relationships with manufacturers, installers, foundation designers, and finishers. We will work with you or your contractor to design, price, and install your building as a complete package with concrete and accessories, or as a shell.
